Delivery and Completion of Service
 
Our services to clients shall start from the day we intimate to client in writing, after receiving correct payment for the service. We are not bound to provide services to any clients unless we agree to. The terms for completion of the service are given below:

“Do It Yourself Visa Application Service” shall be deemed completed on the day we send the client Advice on how to proceed with visa application.

“Detailed Review of Your Unsuccessful Self-Assessment” shall be deemed completed on the day we send the client Advice on his/her unsuccessful self-assessment of Advice on how to proceed with visa application.

“Personal Immigration Advice over telephone” shall be deemed completed on finishing of telephone call from our side.

“Comprehensive Visa Application Service” shall be deemed completed on lodging of visa application with Department of Immigration and Citizenship.

Payment for Our Services

Payment from clients shall only be recognised after it reaches our business account or any other nominated account. Payments shall be deemed correct if they match our payment amount and schedule conveyed to the client. We shall not be responsible to provide services to clients if agreed payment for our services is not received by full amount on a schedule conveyed to the client. Our contract with clients shall be deemed finished if client does not make payments in our accounts by due date. However, Sublime Migration Services can consider giving grace- time for making of the payments on individual basis.

Guarantee of Visa

We are authorised to assist and advise people on matters of Australian migration and are governed by “Code of Conduct” for Registered Migration Agents. We do not provide guarantee for grant of visa to any of our clients. the final decision on all visa applications rests with Department of Immigration and Citizenship, Australia.

Refund Policy

 We have a policy to refund payments from clients if we receive refund request in our Australian office in writing from the client within 24 hours (excluding holidays, when our office is closed) of making payments. We are not obliged to cater for refund requests after 24 hours of the payments. When we make refunds, we shall deduct payment processing fees incurred on online payments and shall refund remaining amount only.

 
 
Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement to provide services due to any reason to any clients at any time. Termination includes cancelling your ability to have full or partial access to this Website and/or any other service provided to you by us.

Complaints

Any complaints for not meeting the client expectations must be sent in writing. If a resolution cannot be achieved, the client's complaint will be escalated through to Management. All decisions made by Management are final.
